PSHS-MRC Parents undertake Outreach Program 2019
Parents of PSHS-MRC scholars conducted an outreach program for persons with disabilities at the Senior Citizen Building, Brgy. Liwayway, Odiongan, Romblon last March 23, 2019.
Before the actual giving, an opening program was done first, with Mr. Robert B. Baticados, giving a prayer. This was soon followed by an Opening Remarks by Mrs. Merlyn Masangcay, President of PSHS-MRC Parents Teachers Association (PTA).
After the speech, Mr Edward Albaracin, campus director of PSHS-MRC gave another talk and a short message by Ms Jane Gabute, Social Welfare Administrator followed suit.
After the message, a storytelling session was held, courtesy of Mrs Jasmine L. Purugganan for the young attendees. After the story, PSHS Scholars showcased their talents in their intermission number.
After all the parts are done, the parents handed out goods and vitamins, alongside infant essentials such as powdered milk and diapers to the tapped children and parent beneficiaries.
As the program drew to a close, Mr. Albaracin announced some updates at the end of the program and everyone was given snacks.
